A: Springfield, VA; Leesburg, VA; Burke, VA; Rockville, MD
Q: Will there be
vendors at the events.
A: Of course, we always need something new.
Q: Will there be food?
A: Food is offered at the events, depends on location.
Q: Do you offer classes?
A: At times, I do and at other times only make and takes.
Q: Can I bring my 4 year old?
A: A 4 year old is a distraction to your free time and to others.
This is a time to enjoy adult company. Children who attend should be
at least 14 years old.
Q: Do you have door prizes?
A: All my events offer door prizes.
What are
Weekend Memories policy on cancellations?
Weekend Memories Cancellation Policy
If you fail to make full or partial payment seven days after
registering, your reservation will be moved to the bottom of
the list and possibly cancelled.
If you paid in full with your registration and cancel more
than one week prior, any money you paid, minus a $10
processing fee, will be refunded by check or PayPal and refunded
as soon as possible but no later than 10 days after the end of
the retreat.
If you cancel one week or less prior to the retreat, I
will do my best to refund you a portion of the fee. Some parts
of the fee are already used for rentals and food ordering.
There are absolutely no refunds for no-shows!
Refunds of registration fees in full are only given when
Weekend Memories
cancels a retreat for unforeseen reasons and no other
arrangements can be made.
Under no circumstances whatsoever will
Weekend Memories or
any of their official representatives be responsible for the
airfare or other costs incurred by registrants.
Payment options by PayPal, personal check, cashiers check or money order. There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.
