Weekend Memories offers a 3 day crop for one fee.
2012 Fees are $110 if you pay via check and $115 via paypal. Paypal is on the links page.
The crop starts at 7pm Friday night and continues until 4pm Sunday. Once you sign up for a spot at the crop your reserved space is yours for the entire weekend.
If you decide to stay at the Best Western Hotel they offer free Breakfast in the morning.
Friday is considered Freebie Friday, you get your own meals, snacks and drinks.
The crop includes lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday. This way you crop as much as you like with out having to leave.
Each person has a generous 5-6 feet of table space.
There are snacks and drinks to eat and drink Saturday and Sunday.
A thank you for coming gift along with other gifts to win throughout the weekend.

The hotel offers, coffee and tea and popped popcorn in the lobby area.
